Email Retrieval and Notification Program

NOW, with Eml Prompt, you can automatically and simultaneously check and retrieve your email messages from up to sixteen password protected email accounts such as AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, Earthlink, Email.com, iName, Juno, Lycos, Mail.com, Mindspring, MSN, Netscape, POP3, OneBox, Rediffmail, SBC Yahoo, Switchboard, USA.net and hundreds of other email domains.

You will be notified of which accounts have new messages and how many new messages you have in each account once new messages have been retrieved. Notification features include a unique rotating tray icon, the main screen, audio alerts for new messages, and a choice of five unique screensavers that let you know at a glance the number of new messages in each account. And with a simple click on the account of your choice, you can read, delete or respond to any of your messages. You can compose, forward and reply to the messages that have been retrieved. Your forwards and replies will be sent back through the account that the messages were retrieved from. Your original messages can be sent through any account that you have working on. But please understand that while you can now send messages with Eml Prompt, it is not meant to take the place of a full-featured email client - it's only a mini-email client.

When your computer is online, Eml Prompt retrieves email at intervals determined by you, updating the screens and icon accordingly. Additionally, you can manually update all of your email accounts or an individual account at any time. When your computer is offline, Eml Prompt's autodial feature can automatically dial up an online connection to retrieve your email and update the notifications accordingly.

Eml Prompt is very easy to use. The 944KB download takes less than 3 minutes. When installed it requires less than 1MB of memory, and it does not affect the settings of your computer. In a matter of minutes, the unique wizard will guide you through the simple process of setting up the email accounts that you want to have monitored.
